Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your pre-paid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Package Your Items
Place your unworn items back in their original shoebox or packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
